Triple Glazing

As in so double and triple, by the glass options and renegades shows the total thickness of the triple glazing. So a triple glazed 4/10/4/12/5 consists of a single conventional or energy glass 4mm thickness, 10mm spacer, even a conventional glass 4mm, a 12mm spacer, and finally a glass or conventional energy 5mm ,. And the total thickness is as the sum of 4 + 10 + 4 + 12 + 5 = 35mm. A triple glazed 5/12/4/14/4 + 3 consists of a single conventional or energy glass thickness 5mm, 12mm spacer and a conventional glass 4mm, 14mm spacer and finally a glass triplex 4 + 3 = 7mm. The total thickness in this case is 5 + 12 + 4 + 14 + 7 = 42mm.

The triple glazed windows have better insulation results and sound in relation to the double. But here is greater the total thickness of the glass and its weight and this causes difficulties. Actually triple glazing can be placed in special classes frames and specific mechanisms resistant to heavy weights.
