Glass Railing SB1210

Innovative crystal mounting system, without vertical supporting components, made of robust aluminum profile 120x100mm, designed to form glass railings to be placed on any type of flooring. By employing a uniform track rail driver, installation is easy, resulting in a uniform finish, thanks to the embedded gasket inside the aluminum cover.

The SB1210 supports vertical 20mm laminate or tempered laminate uniform glass, up to 110cm in height, with transparent or coloured membrane, without any holes or notches. Crystal replacement is easy, without causing any damage to the flooring or to the system itself.

These profiles are available in natural anodization and inox immitation, while it can also be electrostatically colour-coated in a range of RAL codes. The caps externally covering the base come in two shapes, oval and orthogonal.

On its top end, the glass surface can be plain with a specially ground finish, or topped with handrails which also come in a variety of shapes.

Railing mounting system, which consists of a detachable base of EN AW 6060 T66 alloy for glassboard support on finished flooring. The base consists of three aluminum profiles, two of which clamp on the glassboard, and the third is the external system cover (square or oval). The bases are screwed into stable ground with M10 or M12 metal plugs (minimum) made of galvanized or stainless steel. The glassboard is up to 22mm in thickness, up to 110cm in height. The bases’ size and distribution is determined by the thickness and height of the glassboard.

System covers can be easily removed and replaced without causing damage to the flooring, not to the system itself. Handrails are optional and available in the same colour as the covers.
