Glass Railing SB8010

New crystal mounting system without vertical columns from robust static latticed aluminum profile 80x100mm.

It is installed as one piece on the final floor, capable of supporting uniform glazing 16mm thick, laminated or tempered laminated, without holes, up to 100cm height. The replacement of the crystals is an easy matter and avoids causing damage to either the floor or to the system itself.

The oval sectioned “U” profile supports the glass boards along the entire length of the railing with the use of hard rubbers and also has the ability to regulate the crystal’s vertical positioning.

These profiles are available in natural anodization and inox imitation, while it can also be electrostatically colour-coated in a range of RAL codes. The caps externally covering the base come in two shapes, oval and orthogonal.

The base is screwed directly to the flooring with special metal plugs in the formed chamber. In this way the glass installed without any technical difficulties. The one piece SB 8010 base is coated with a film to prevent scratches during processing and installation.

The profile is available in 5 & 6m rods. The mounting rubbers secure the glass and seal the passage of water through the base. The biggest advantage of one piece SB 8010 is the fast installation without the need to align and overlap decorative caps for finishing.
