Glass Railing U-Base

Structural molding chamber for concrete substrates made of heavy type 113x48mm aluminum profile – which can be anodized – for the implantation of crystal surfaces, tempered or laminated of up to 22mm in width, placed into the 110x28mm space of the resulting socket.

The profile is embedded into the concrete and stabilized by using specially designed anchors, which are also used for alignment and interconnection. On the top end, the system bears a removable lid, a cap which can be easily removed without using special tools, in order to keep the inner chamber intact during the injection of concrete into the wooden mold. It can be effortlessly aligned, while crystals are tightly secured with rubber gaskets and adhesive glues, providing stability and easy removal in case of breakage, as well as excellent behaviour against alternating temperature changes.

The profile is available in 6m beams, connected sequentially with specially designed inter-connecting fitments, creating long straight lines, as well as corners.
